As a hotel, we already follow strict guidelines and protocols designed to help prevent the spread of diseases from COVID-19, to the flu, to less common illnesses. We have instituted a contactless check-in process. Information will be sent to your email and texted to your cell phone prior to your arrival.
Refresh service is suspended (feel free to ask for fresh towels and removal of trash)
Coffee and infused water service in the lobby is suspended (coffee and coffee makers are in every room)
Ice for rooms is pre-bagged for guests (just ask staff)
Hand sanitizer is on every floor near the elevator
Wine is available by the glass or bottle currently, tastings have been suspended.
Breakfast in Bed has been suspended until 2021. The caterer's husband is in hospice and she is spending time with him. She apologizes for the inconvenience and disappointment this may cause, but hopes for understanding.
