1. Is there on-site parking for both the hotel and the villas?

   

    Yes and no, both The Dahlonega Square Hotel and the Choice Avenue Dahlonega Square Villas have complimentary on-site parking.

    Our parking lot is located to the left of the hotel and reserved strictly for our guests. In front of the four villas on Choice Avenue

    there are four parking spots (one parking spot per villa). Additional parking for the Choice Avenue Villas may be found in the free city           parking lot located on Choice Avenue between South Park Street and Derrick Street.  The Historic Villa on South Park Street does not           have on-site parking, guests staying at the Historic Villa will need to park in the free city parking lot OR at The Dahlonega Square Hotel.

 

2. Do you allow pets in your hotel and villas?

 

    We do not allow pets in any of our hotel rooms or villas. While we love pets, we want to respect our guests who have pet    

    allergies.

 

3. Do you serve breakfast at your hotel?

 

    We partner with a local catering company, Chastain Southern Catering, for a breakfast in bed option. The menus are in the rooms and          guests have the option to call the night before and have breakfast delivered to their door in a basket in the morning. Also, we 

    are happy to recommend some delicious restaurants that serve breakfast and are a quick walk from both our hotel and villas!  

 

4. Does each hotel room have its own bathroom?

 

    Yes, each of our hotel rooms has its own private bathroom complete with a walk-in shower, mahogany vanity, hair dryer, and toilet. 

 

5. Is there a mini-refrigerator in each room?

 

    Yes, the hotel rooms have mini-refrigerators in them. The McGuire Suite (located above the lobby in the historic house) also

    has a mini-refrigerator.

   

    The four villas on Choice Avenue all have full kitchens with full-size refrigerators. The Historic Villa on South Park Street has a

    kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave. 

 

6. Are the villas connected to one another?

 

    The four villas located on Choice Avenue are connected to one another in one structure. However, there is no joint access from the               interior of one villa into another. The Historic Villa, located on South Park Street, is located two blocks away from the other four villas.

    

7. Do any of your villas have two bathrooms?  

    

    Yes, the Mountain View Villa and the Grand View Villa, which can sleep up to six people each, both have two bathrooms.

8. Do you offer group rates or discounts?

 

    No, we feel that our prices are very fair and therefore we do not offer any discounts or lower group rates. 

 

9. Will I be billed when I make my reservation?

 

    Guests will be billed for their first night stay when they book their reservation. Guests are then billed for the remaining nights seven             days prior to their stay. 

 

10. What is your cancellation and shortening of stay policy?

 

    Due to our size, cancellations and shortening of stay greatly affect us. Therefore, we uphold a strict, ten-day cancellation policy, which         includes a $15 cancellation charge per room/villa cancelled. Cancellations or shortening of stay with less than ten-days notice will forfeit

    deposit.

Cancellation Policy: We have a 10-day cancellation policy. If you need to cancel it must be at least 10-days prior to your arrival date and there is a $15 charge per room cancelled. If you cancel less than 10-days before your arrival date there is no refund given.
Early departures forfeit deposit.
Reservations require 1 (one) night's deposit per room rented, at time of booking.  Ten-days prior to your arrival we bill for any remaining nights.
