1. Is there on-site parking for both the hotel and the villas?
Yes and no, both The Dahlonega Square Hotel and the Choice Avenue Dahlonega Square Villas have on-site parking. There is a parking
lot to the left of the hotel reserved strictly for our guests. In front of the four villas on Choice Avenue there are four parking spots (one
parking spot per villa). Additional parking for the Choice Avenue Villas may be found in the free city parking lot located on Choice
Avenue between South Park Street and Derrick Street. The Historic Villa on South Park Street does not have on-site parking, so guests
staying at the Historic Villa will need to park in the free city parking lot.

We do not allow pets in any of our hotel rooms or villas. While we love pets, we want to respect our guests who have pet
3. Do you serve breakfast at your hotel?
We do not provide breakfast at our hotel or villas. However, we would be happy to recommend some delicious restaurants that
serve breakfast and are a quick walk from both our hotel and villas!
4. Does each hotel room have its own bathroom?
Yes, each of our hotel rooms has its own private bathroom complete with a walk-in shower, mahogony vanity, hair dryer, and toilet.
5. Is there a mini-fridge in each room?
Yes, the hotel rooms have mini-refrigerators in them. The McGuire Suite (located above the lobby in the historic house) also has a mini- fridge.
The four villas on Choice Avenue all have full kitchens with full-size refrigerators. The Historic Villa on South Park Street has a
kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave.
6. Are the villas connected to one another?
The four villas located on Choice Avenue are connected to one another in one structure. However, there is no joint access from the interior of one villa into another. The Historic Villa, located on South Park Street, is located two blocks away from the other four villas.
7. Do you offer group rates or discounts?
No, we feel that our prices are very fair and therefore we do not offer any discounts or lower group rates.
8. Will I be billed when I make my reservation?
Guests will be billed for their first night stay when they book their reservation. Guests are then billed for the remaining nights seven days prior to their stay.
9. What is your cancellation policy?
Due to our size, cancellations greatly affect us. Therefore, we uphold a strict, seven day cencellation policy which includes a $10 cancellation charge per room cancelled.
